YOU NEED…

1 LED
1 BALLOON
ELECTRICAL TAPE
1 BATTERY
2 WIRES

STEPS:

1. Attach wires to the LED
2. Stuff LED into the balloon
3. Fill balloon with water and tie a knot
4. Freeze
5. Remove the balloon rubber (hot water helps)
